We take pride in offering freshly prepared original & traditional continental cuisine- Not the daily over processed franchise dishes offered by chain restaurants. Specials vary and dishes change because freshness and quality are our first priority. The Venezia staff will try to accommodate your intimate, business or dining event.
From our grill, we hand cut & trim steaks from 12 oz, 16 oz ribeyes to the 22 oz Cowboy Ribeye and 32 oz Tomahawk Ribeyes. Tenderloin Au Poivre is always available as a center cut beef tenderloin with mushrooms & green peppercorn demi-glace. Fresh seafood is ordered on a daily basis, depending on market availability: Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Texas Red Fish, Gulf Red Snapper, Black Salmon and Mahi-Mahi. We offer many of our seafood selections with the customer option of either grilled, blackened or Sicilian breaded. The one pound Alaskan King Crab Leg appetizer is already butterflied when presented to the table. The large and small seafood platters include the Alaskan King Crab Legs, shrimp cocktail, fried shrimp & beautifully grilled shrimp.
Most of Venezia’s appetizers can be shared with your guests, from the Smoked Salmon served with spring mix, cream cheese, red onion and crumbled hard boiled eggs to the Avocado Gamberetti, an avocado baked with brandy lobster cream sauce served with shrimp and topped with fontina cheese. Not to be missed is the traditional Fried Calamari, Crab Cakes & Escargot.
