Venezia Restaurant's menu incorporates both continental dining and traditional entrees from Italian cuisine including an exquisite selection of homemade pasta, such as lasagna to capellini al salmone with smoked salmon. Seafood selections are made on market availability and include Swordfish, Chilean Sea Bass, Texas Red Fish, Gulf Red Snapper, and Mahi-Mahi. Classic Italian seafood dishes like Frutti di Mare with clams and mussels & shrimp in a light tomato sauce are always popular. Two great Italian classics are our Fried Calamari and the best Escargot Bourguignonne prepared with mushrooms, butter & garlic.
Our grill includes hand cut & trimmed steaks such as Tenderloin Au Poivre center cut beef tenderloin with mushrooms & green peppercorn sauce or our Montreal Rib-eye, a 16 oz beautifully hand trimmed, seasoned with Montreal seasonings, & finished with butter. Other grilled items include the New Zealand frenched baby rack of lamb, Grilled Quail (always a must in Texas) and Pork Loin Diavola.
